Mission Hill is a beautiful, natural site for the open-air theatre built near the largest hill in the province of Saskatchewan (commonly known as Minitinas). The scenic hill forms part of the theatre's natural backdrop which is perfect for a yearly main event, consisting of two theatrical performances called "Mother of All" and "Jesus Lives", presented in the month of July.
Mission Hill has created an atmosphere like no other. "Mother of All" tells the story of the virgin Mary, from the time before she was conceived until she gave birth to our Savior, Jesus.
"Jesus Lives", an original re-telling of the story of Jesus will bring you to new emotional heights. Your personal encounter with the cast and crew of volunteers will help you to relive the sacred past by walking the same path as Jesus did 2000 years ago.
